NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 115/07 Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Uncle Arthur Brook, WS-S-0697 for the Local Service District of St. Judes under the Water Resources Act (Filed October 24, 2007 ) Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act , I designate the area generally known as the Uncle Arthur Brook Water Supply Area, WS-S- 0697 for the Local Service District of St. Judes as a protected water supply area.
