For the purpose of section 11 of the Act, the following are the prescribed forms or formats of a copy of legislation or consolidated legislation accessed from the legislation website: (a) an on-screen display of a copy viewed on or downloaded from the legislation website in HTML format, PDF format or Word format; and (b) a print-out of a copy viewed on or downloaded from the legislation website in HTML format, PDF format or Word format. ©Earl G.
