NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 42/11 Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Clam Pond Fox Hill Reservoir, WS-S-0448, Town of Marystown under the Water Resources Act (Filed April 26, 2011) Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act, I designate the area generally known as the Clam Pond Fox Hill Reservoir Water Supply Area for the Town of Marystown as a protected water supply area.
