NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 28/17 Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Burnt Head Pond, WS-S-0619, Town of River of Ponds under the Water Resources Act (Filed April 11, 2017) Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act, I designate the area generally known as the Burnt Head Pond Water Supply Area, WS-S-0619, for the Town of River of Ponds as a protected water supply area. Eddie Joyce Minister of Municipal Affairs and Environment NOTICE This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of St. Barbe - L'Anse aux Meadows abutted and bounded as follows: Beginning at a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 472,449 metres and northing 5,596,326 metres; Then running in an easterly direction for a distance of 451 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 472,896 metres and northing 5,596,265 metres; Then running in a southeasterly direction for a distance of 404 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 473,149 metres and northing 5,595,950 metres; Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 205 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 473,034 metres and northing 5,595,780 metres; Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 442 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 472,633 metres and northing 5,595,595 metres; Then running in a westerly direction for a distance of 304 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 472,344 metres and northing 5,595,688 metres; Then running in a westerly direction for a distance of 362 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 471,982 metres and northing 5,595,698 metres; Then running in a northwesterly direction for a distance of 226 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 471,886 metres and northing 5,595,903 metres; Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 284 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 472,026 metres and northing 5,596,150 metres; Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 257 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 472,228 metres and northing 5,596,309 metres; Then running in an easterly direction for a distance of 222 metres, more or less, to the point of commencement.
