SCHEDULE The following parcel of land contains a total area of 151.8 square kilometres, more or less. All that piece or parcel of land located at Main River, in the Provincial Electoral District of Humber – Gros Morne, in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador, abutted as follows, that is to say; beginning at a point with map scaled coordinates 5 526 689 metres north, 473 352 metres east; Then heading in a general southeasterly direction for a distance of 2128 metres, more or less, to a point having map scaled coordinates 5 526 317 metres north, 475 440 metres east; Then heading in a general southeasterly direction for a distance of 1560 metres, more or less, to a point having map scaled coordinates 5 525 794 metres north, 476 901 metres east; Then heading in a general southeasterly direction for a distance of 2922 metres, more or less, to a point having map scaled coordinates 5 524 474 metres north, 479 508 metres east; Then heading in a southerly direction for a distance of 952 metres, more or less, to a point having map scaled coordinates 5 523 524 metres north, 479 434 metres east; Then heading in a general southeasterly direction for a distance of 1246 metres, more or less, to a point having map scaled coordinates 5 527 238 metres north, 470 950 metres east; Then heading in a general southeasterly direction for a distance of 1272 metres, more or less, to a point having map scaled coordinates 5 526 343 metres north, 471 846 metres east; Then heading in a general northeasterly direction for a distance of 1548 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning, the above described piece or parcel of land containing an area of 151.8 square kilometres, more or less. Reserving out of the above described piece or parcel of land the following five pieces or parcels of land: 1. Parcel A The Kruger woods road, 5 metres from either side of the centreline, abutted and bounded as follows, that is to say; beginning at a point with map scaled coordinates 5 513 569 metres north, 506 331 metres east; Then heading in a general northwesterly direction for a distance of 4900 metres, more or less, to a point having map scaled coordinates 5 515 001 metres north, 502 006 metres east; the above described piece or parcel of land containing an area of 0.049 square kilometres, more or less. 2. Parcel B The Kruger woods road, 5 metres on both sides of the centreline, abutted and bounded as follows, that is to say; beginning at a point with map scaled coordinates 5 515 916 metres north, 495 600 metres east; Then heading in a general westerly direction for a distance of 2000 metres, more or less, to a point on the southern boundary of the described parcel having map scaled coordinates 5 515 801 metres north, 493 880 metres east; the above described piece or parcel of land containing an area of 0.02 square kilometres, more or less. 3. Parcel C A section of land referred to as Parcel 1, located on the southern bank of the Main River, abutted and bounded as follows, that is to say; beginning at a point having map scaled coordinates 5 527 327 metres north, 472 365 metres east; Then heading in a general southwesterly direction, following the eastern bank of a small river, while maintaining a distance of 20 metres from the high water mark, for a distance of 430 metres, more or less, to a point having map scaled coordinates 5 527 080 metres north, 472 040 metres east; Then heading in a generally southeasterly direction for a distance of 430 metres more or less, to a point having map scaled coordinates 5 526 902 metres north, 472 429 metres east; Then heading in a generally northeasterly direction, following the western bank of a small river, while maintaining a distance of 20 metres from the high water mark, for a distance of 570 metres, more or less, to a point having map scaled coordinates 5 527 365 metres north, 472 656 metres east; Then heading in a generally westerly direction along the southern bank of the Main River , while maintaining a distance of 20 metres from the shoreline, for a distance of 350 metres, more or less, back to the point of beginning, the above described parcel of land containing an area of 0.143 square kilometres. 4. Parcel D A piece or parcel of land abutted and bounded as follows, that is to say; beginning at a point, said point being the northwestern most angle of the herein described piece or parcel of land having coordinates east 204 135.448 metres, north 5 530 445.288 metres, more or less; Then due south along Main River Waterway Provincial Park for a distance of 91.538 metres to a point having coordinates east 204 135.448 metres, north 5 530 353.750 metres, more or less; Then continuing due east along Main River Waterway Provincial Park for a distance of 43.809 metres to a point on the shoreline of Four Ponds having coordinates east 204 179.256 metres, north 5 530 353.750 metres, more or less; Then continuing due east along waters of Four Ponds in Main River Water Provincial Park a distance of 21.311 metres to a point on Four Ponds having coordinates east 204 200.567 metres, north 5 530 353.750 metres, more or less; Then continuing due north along waters of Four Ponds in Main River Water Provincial Park a distance of 61.360 metres to a point on the shoreline of Four Ponds having coordinates east 204 200.567 metres, north 5 530 415.110 metres, more or less; Then continuing in a general northwesterly direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline of Four Ponds in Main River Waterway Provincial Park for a distance of 42.160 metres to a point on the shoreline of Four Ponds having coordinates east 204 175.360 metres, north 5 530 445.288 metres, more particularly described as a straight line distance of 39.321 metres on a bearing of north 39° 52 21” west, more or less; Then continuing due west along Main River Waterway Provincial Park a distance 39.912 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning. The above described piece or parcel of land containing 0.558 hectares. All bearings and coordinates in Parcel D being referred to the meridian of the 56 o west longitude of the 3 o Modified Transverse Mercator Projection, Zone 2, North American Datum 83 CSRS, for the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador. 5. Parcel E A piece or parcel of land abutted and bounded as follows, that is to say; beginning at a point on the shoreline of Caribou Lake, said point being the northwestern most angle of the herein described piece or parcel of land having coordinates east 217 034.761 metres, north 5 518 382.472 metres, more or less; Then due south along Main River Waterway Provincial Park for a distance of 60.193 metres to a point having coordinates east 217 034.761 metres, north 5 518 322.279 metres, more or less; Then continuing due east along Main River Waterway Provincial Park for a distance of 98.759 metres to a point having coordinates east 217 133.520 metres, north 5 518 322.279 metres, more or less; Then continuing due north along Main River Waterway Provincial Park for a distance of 51.351 metres to a point on the shoreline of Caribou Lake having coordinates east 217 133.520 metres, north 5 518 373.631 metres, more or less; Then continuing in a general northwesterly direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline of Caribou Lake in Main River Waterway Provincial Park for a distance of 12.888 metres to a point on the shoreline of Caribou Lake having coordinates east 217 124.705 metres, north 5 518 382.472 metres, more particularly described as a straight line distance of 12.485 metres on a bearing of north 44 o 54 45” west, more or less; Then continuing due west along waters of Caribou Lake in the Main River Waterway Provincial Park for a distance of 89.944 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning. The above described piece or parcel of land containing 0.591 hectares. All bearings and coordinates in Parcel E being referred to the meridian of the 56 o west longitude of the 3 o Modified Transverse Mercator Projection, Zone 2, North American Datum 83 CSRS, for the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador. Reserving and excepting out of the above described pieces or parcels of land, however, all those pieces and parcels of land lawfully alienated from the Crown. All coordinates, except those in Parcels D and E, are based on the Universal Transverse Mercator Projection, Zone 21, with the central meridian of 57 ° west longitude, North American Datum 1983.
