Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 2018 NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 11/18 NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 11/18 Inuit Community of Nain Municipal Planning Area under the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000 (Filed February 14, 2018) Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000 , I define the following area as the Inuit Community of Nain Municipal Planning Area. Eddie Joyce Minister of Municipal Affairs and Environment PLANNING AREA The Inuit Community of Nain, as referred to in Part 1.1.1 of the Schedule to the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement Act , the boundaries of which are set out in the Map Atlas and described in Appendix B-1, Part 2 of the Schedule on file with the Crown Lands Administration Division of the Department of Fisheries and Land Resources. The Nain Municipal Planning Area , Consolidated Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 890/96, is repealed.
