NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 76/19 Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Widgeon Pond, WS-S-0564, Town of Pool's Cove under the Water Resources Act (Filed October 17, 2019) Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act , I designate the area generally known as the Widgeon Pond Water Supply Area, WS-S-0564, for the Town of Pool's Cove as a protected water supply area.
