This Order may be cited as the Corner Brook Pulp and Paper Limited Exemption Order . Back to Top Definition 2. In this Order, "Act" means the Electrical Power Control Act, 1994 . Back to Top Exemption 3. Corner Brook Pulp and Paper Limited is exempt from subsection 14.1(1) of the Act for all aspects of their activities respecting the purchase of electrical power and energy from Nalcor Energy Marketing, to a maximum of 65 GWh, until June 30, 2021.
