NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 25/21 Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Maloney's River, WS-S-0330, Municipality of Harbour Main-Chapel's Cove-Lakeview under the Water Resources Act (Filed May 20, 2021) Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act , I designate the area generally known as the Maloney's River Water Supply Area, WS-S-0330, for the Municipality of Harbour Main-Chapel's Cove-Lakeview as a protected water supply area.
