NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 13/24 Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Steve's Pond, WS-S-0006, Town of Arnold's Cove under the Water Resources Act (Filed March 14, 2024) Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act , I designate the area generally known as Steve's Pond Protected Public Water Supply Area, WS-S-0006, for the Town of Arnold's Cove, as a protected public water supply area . Then running in a southeasterly direction for a distance of 236 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 281,595 metres and northing 5,296,553 metres; Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 444 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 281,973 metres and northing 5,296,785 metres;
