NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 19/24 Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Gull Pond, WS-S-0624, Town of Rocky Harbour under the Water Resources Act (Filed April 11, 2024) Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act , I designate the area generally known as Gull Pond Protected Public Water Supply Area, WS-S-0624, for the Town of Rocky Harbour as a protected public water supply area. The Notice of Protected Water Supply Area, Consolidated Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 595/96, is repealed .
