NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 22/25 Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of First Clay Cove Pond, WS-S-0050, Town of Roddickton-Bide Arm under the Water Resources Act (Filed February 12, 2025) Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act , I designate the area generally known as First Clay Cove Pond Protected Public Water Supply Area, WS-S-0050, for the Town of Roddickton-Bide Arm, as a protected public water supply area. All coordinates refer to Zone 21 of the NAD 83 Universal Transverse Mercator Projection. The Notice of Protected Water Supply Area , Consolidated Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 577/96, is repealed.
