CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 18/96 Liquor Limitation Order under the Liquor Control Act (O.C. 96-155) Amended by: 81/19 Under the authority of sections 61 and 68 of the Liquor Control Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Liquor brought into province limited 3. Repeal Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Liquor Limitation Order . 196/90 s1 Back to Top Liquor brought into province limited 2. An individual may, on any one occasion, bring liquor into the province from a part of Canada other than the province where (a) the liquor is physically accompanied by the individual as it is brought into the province; (b) the liquor is for the individual's personal consumption or for consumption by another individual at the first individual's expense; and (c) the quantity of liquor does not exceed (i) in the case of spirits, 6 litres, (ii) in the case of wine, 18 litres, and (iii) in the case of beer or coolers, 52 litres in total. 196/90 s2; 81/19 s1 Back to Top Repeal 3.
