CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 573/96 Notice of Protected Water Supply Area under the Environment Act (O.C. 96-153) Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Eliot Brook Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 509000 5488000 302° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 167° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 200 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 202° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 182° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 105° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 250 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 209° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 231° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 900 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 202° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 260° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 233° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 273° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 37° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 53° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 200 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 13° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,050 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 49° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 36° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 93° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 66° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres to the point of commencement.
