CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 576/96 Notice of Protected Watershed Area under the Environment Act (O.C. 96-153) Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Fermuse Watershed Area as a protected watershed area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 22, 355000 metres east, 5201000 metres north, 312° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 150 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 223° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,143 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 306° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,561 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 314° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 853 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 290° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 756 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 320° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 612 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 42° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 370 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 114° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,239 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 93° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 966 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 113° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,722 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 197° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 531 metres to the point of commencement.
