CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 777/96 Forest Management Districts Proclamation under the Forestry Act (O.C. 96-179) Under the authority of section 7 of the Forestry Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council proclaims the areas described in the Schedule to be forest management districts. The Forest Management Areas Proclamation, 1979, Newfoundland Regulation 72/79, the Forest Management Areas Proclamation (No. 2), 1979, Newfoundland Regulation 127/79, and the Proclamation re Forest Management Districts , Newfoundland Regulation 191/92, are repealed. Ltd., originally licensed to Terra Nova Sulphite Co.
