CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 981/96 Young Offenders Act ( Canada ) Order under the Young Offenders Act ( Canada ) (O.C. 96-185) Under the authority of section 2 of the Young Offenders Act ( Canada ) and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER The Provincial Court of Newfoundland is designated as a Youth Court with effect from April 2, 1984 for the purposes of the Act. 72/84 The Order re the Young Offenders Act ( Canada ), Newfoundland Regulation 72/84, is repealed. ©Earl G.
