CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 998/96 Waste Material Disposal Areas under the Waste Material Disposal Act (O.C. 96-194 & 96?195) Amended by: 73/97 24/05 CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 998/96 Waste Material Disposal Areas under the Waste Material Disposal Act (O.C. 96-194 & 96?195) Under the authority of section 5 of the Waste Material Disposal Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER There are established as Waste Material Disposal Areas the areas named and described in the Schedule. These areas shall include all residential premises, businesses, schools and other structures on the roads and by-roads in the area which may generate waste material. Back to Top Schedule Boswarlos The unincorporated community of Boswarlos. 199/79 Brooklyn - Lethbridge The unincorporated communities of Brooklyn , Lethbridge and Morleys Siding. 72/92 Burnt Point - Gull Island The unincorporated communities of Burnt Point and Gull Island , Conception Bay . 434/78 Caplin Cove - Little Heart's Ease This area includes the unincorporated communities of Caplin Cove, Little Hearts Ease, Butter Cove, Gooseberry Cove and Southport . 450/78 Capstan Island This area includes the unincorporated community of Capstan Island . 262/80 Castor's River This area includes the local service district of Bartlett's Harbour and the unincorporated communities of New Ferolle, Shoal Cove, Reef's Harbour and Castor's River. 27/93 Champneys East and West, Trinity East and English Harbour This area includes the unincorporated communities of Champneys East and West, Trinity East and English Harbour . 453/78 Charleston - Sweet Bay Includes that area starting at Charleston and proceeding north to Sweet Bay to include that section of the Cabot Highway and main roads and by-roads within the unincorporated communities of Charleston and Sweet Bay. 75/89 Codroy Valley This area includes the general area known as the Codroy Valley including the local service districts of Tompkins, Upper Ferry, Searston, St. Andrews , Woodville, Great Codroy, Cape Anguille , Millville , O'Regans and Benoits Siding, as well as the unincorporated community of Doyles. 214/92 Cull's Harbour This area includes all lands on the north side of Traytown - Cull's Harbour Causeway that are west of a line drawn from Green Head at the eastern edge of Broad Cove in Northeast Arm, Bonavista Bay directly grid north to the point where a brook enters Cary Cove in Alexander Bay, Bonavista Bay. 459/78 Dunfield This area includes the unincorporated communities of Dunfield, Trinity, Old Bonaventure and New Bonaventure. 107/79 Fortune Harbour This area includes the unincorporated community of Fortune Harbour . 172/82 Frederickton This area includes the unincorporated rated community of Frederickton. 470/78 Grand Bay West This area includes the unincorporated community of Grand Bay West. 93/79 Harbour Round This area includes the unincorporated community of Harbour Round. 488/78 Hickman's Harbour - Britannia ? Robinson's Bight (Rep. by 73/97 s1) 73/97 s1 Knights Cove and Stock Cove This area includes the communities of Knights Cove and Stock Cove. 90/87 Ladle Cove This area includes the unincorporated community of Ladle Cove. 167/86 Low Point This area includes the unincorporated community of Low Point, Conception Bay . 197/85 Lower Island Cove - Caplin Cove - Jobs Cove This area includes that area starting at the United Church Cemetery, Jobs Cove and continuing northeast on the Conception Bay Highway and including all those homes in the community of Jobs Cove, Jobs Cove Point and Redlands inclusive, and continuing on through Lower Island Cove including all those homes in the community of Lower Island Cove and then continuing through Caplin Cove including all those homes in the community of Caplin Cove to a point at the local bridge on the northern end of Caplin Cove on the Conception Bay Highway. 494/78 Maddox Cove - Mobile The area includes the unincorporated communities of Bay Bulls, Maddox Cove and Mobile . 28/80 George's Brook - Milton (Rep. by 24/05 s4) 24/05 s4 Mud Lake , Labrador This area includes the unincorporated community of Mud Lake . 91/78 North Harbour This area includes the unincorporated community of North Harbour , St. Mary's Bay beginning where Little Salmonier River crosses Highway 92 and continuing in a general northerly direction to where Highway 92 intersects with Highway 91 commonly known as the Placentia Highway . 174/81 Northern Bay This area includes the unincorporated community of Northern Bay . 502/78 Paradise River , Labrador This area includes the general vicinity of the unincorporated community of Paradise River , Labrador . 101/79 Perry's Cove This area includes the unincorporated communities of Perry's Cove and Salmon Cove. 515/78 Port de Grave Peninsula This area includes the unincorporated communities of Hibbs Cove, Pick Eyes, Blow-Me-Down, Ship Cove, Dalen's Hole, Port de Grave, Bareneed, The Dock and Coley's Point South in the provincial electoral district of Port de Grave. 516/78 Portland - Jamestown - Winter Brook This area includes the area starting one mile south of the last structure on the road to Portland proceeding through the communities of Portland , Jamestown and Winter Brook, ending at the abandoned road to Sweet Bay. 563/78 Quirpon This area includes the local service districts of L'anse aux Meadows, Noddy Bay and the unincorporated communities of Quirpon, Hay Cove and Straitsview. 18/93 Random Island This area includes all residential premises, businesses, schools and other structures which may generate waste material on the main road and by-roads within the communities of Random Island in the electoral district of Trinity North. 73/97 s1 St. Barbe Region This area includes the local service districts of Brig Bay , Black Duck Cove, Forrester's Point, Pidgeon Cove and the unincorporated communities of Blue Cove, Plum Point, Pond Cove and St. Barbe. 35/93 Ship Cove This area includes the area starting at Ha Ha Point, through to Cape Onion , the local service district of Ship Cove and the unincorporated community of Cape Onion . 21/93 Ship Harbour This area includes the unincorporated community of Ship Harbour . 170/91 Sop's Arm - Pollard's Point This area includes the local service district of Sops Arm and the unincorporated community of Pollard's Point. 32/93 South Branch This area includes the unincorporated communities of South Branch and Coal Brook. 299/78 Strait of Belle Isle Region This area includes the area between the communities of Eddies Cove East and Anchor Point, including the local service districts of Sandy Cove, Savage Cove, Nameless Cove, Bear Cove, Green Island Brook, as well as the unincorporated community of Deadman's Cove. 15/93 Three Mile Rock This area includes the unincorporated community of Three Mile Rock. 359/78 Tors Cove The unincorporated communities of Admiral's Cove, Bauline East, St. Michael's, Burnt Cove and Tors Cove. 36/95 Upper Trinity South This area includes the area starting from the junction of the Trans Canada Highway and the Trinity South Highway near Whitbourne and proceeding through the unincorporated communities of Blaketown, Spread Eagle, Old Ship, South Dildo, Dildo, New Harbour , Hopeall and Green's Harbour including and ending at the last structure in Green's Harbour. 556/78 Western Bay - Ochre Pit Cove This area includes the unincorporated communities of Western Bay and Ochre Pit Cove. 558/78 Wiltondale This area includes the unincorporated community of Wiltondale. 561/78 ©Earl G.
