About this statute

This Act sets rules for giving, witnessing, using, and ending powers of attorney, including springing and enduring powers. This provision requires an attorney to give an annual accounting to the donor’s nearest relative in certain cases, allows the attorney to use the donor’s estate to satisfy the donor’s support obligations, lets the Court make orders about a power of attorney, and lets the Commissioner make regulations.
