About this statute

These prescribed bylaws set rules for cooperative association membership, meetings, voting, directors, officers, finances, and amalgamation. If the association is dissolved under section 32, its books must be audited using a date no more than two months before the dissolution meeting, and the auditor’s report and financial statement must be read at that meeting.
