This provision sets out how people apply for, renew, and keep education-related authorizations and registrations, and how the Minister or Director may approve, condition, suspend, revoke, or cancel them. This provision gives the Director and Minister powers over registration, notice, reporting, inspections, information sharing, and enforcement for post-secondary institutions. The Act or any of its provisions comes into force on the day or days fixed by the Commissioner by order.
