ANNUAL TRANSCRIPTIONIST FEES

Definition 1. In this Regulation, “authorized court transcriptionist” has the same meaning as in Ontario Regulation 94/14 (Fees for Court Transcripts) made under the Act. Annual fee 2. The registration of an authorized court transcriptionist by a person or entity contracted by or on behalf of, or otherwise authorized by, the Ministry to provide services in relation to the registration of authorized court transcriptionists is subject to an annual fee, payable by the authorized court transcriptionist to the person or entity, of the amount specified by the person or entity that is determined by agreement between the person or entity and the Crown, up to a maximum of $650.
