INTEGRITY COMMISSIONER: POWERS, DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS UNDER THE ACT

The Integrity Commissioner may give conflict-of-interest advice and training, and may make certain recommendations or orders in referred matters. The Commissioner must also collect necessary personal information and must not disclose it unless a listed exception applies.
