DAILY ALLOWANCES

1. (1) If the daily allowance payable to any person described in section 2 exceeds $135, the allowance is reduced to the greater of, (a) 96.17 per cent of the original daily allowance; and (b) $135. O. Reg. 591/93, s. 1 (1). (2) Subsection (1) applies in respect of daily allowances earned after August 10, 1993 and before April 1, 1994. O.
