This provision lists which single-tier municipalities are prescribed for a specific consent-related definition in the Act.
Prescribed single-tier municipalities 1. The following single-tier municipalities are prescribed for the purposes of clause (c) of the definition of “consent” in subsection 50 (1) of the Act: 1.
