DESIGNATION OF AREA OF DEVELOPMENT CONTROL

Designation 1. (1) For the purposes of section 22 of the Act, the following areas of land are designated as areas of development control: 1. The area of land shown as Parts 1 to 13 on the plan entitled “Plan of the Boundary of the 2019 Area of Development Control” and filed on August 2, 2019 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry. 2. The area of land shown as Part 1 on the plan entitled “Plan of the Boundary of the 2021 Area of Development Control Addition” filed on September 7, 2021 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Northern Development, Mines, Natural Resources and Forestry. 3. The area of land shown as Part 1 on the plan entitled “Plan of the Boundary of the 2026 Area of Development Control Addition” filed on May 22, 2026 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources.
