FEES
A person who requests a statement about property-related records held by the Ministry must pay a $65 fee, unless the request is for access under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. The Ministry may refund all or part of the fee if the deputy minister or delegate thinks it is fair and equitable.
