Contents of ethics plans 1. The ethics plan required by subsection 6 (1) of the Act must contain the following: 1. A description of the practices and procedures for ensuring that members are familiar with the requirements of Part IV (Ethical Conduct) and Part V (Political Activity) of the Public Service of Ontario Act, 2006. The practices and procedures must include an annual notice for members containing information about the requirements of Parts IV and V of that Act. 2. A description of the practices and procedures for ensuring that members are familiar with the code of conduct that forms part of the member accountability framework for the adjudicative tribunal.
