GO TRANSIT SERVICE AREA

Definition 1. In this Regulation, “reserve” means a reserve as defined in subsection 2 (1) of the Indian Act (Canada) or an Indian settlement located on Crown land, the Indian inhabitants of which are treated by Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada in the same manner as Indians residing on a reserve. The geographic areas of jurisdiction of, i. the upper-tier municipalities of Dufferin, Durham, Halton, Niagara, Peel, Peterborough, Simcoe, Waterloo, Wellington and York, and ii. the single-tier municipalities of Barrie, Brant, Brantford, Guelph, Hamilton, Kawartha Lakes, London, Peterborough, St. Marys, Stratford and Toronto. 2. The areas within the boundaries of the following reserves: i. Six Nations 40. ii. New Credit 40A. O. Reg. 13/25, s. 1.
