About this statute

This regulation sets licensing rules for condominium managers and condominium management providers, including application requirements, licence conditions, supervision rules, exemptions, and reporting duties. Licensees must keep required records, retain them for at least six years, store them in Ontario outside a dwelling unless special registrar access arrangements are made, and transfer client records after contract termination within the stated deadlines. The registrar must publish and disclose certain licensee information, but must not disclose protected financial information or bulk-release the information except as allowed.
