PUBLICATION OF POSTJUDGMENT AND PREJUDGMENT INTEREST RATES
The Deputy Attorney General’s designate must publish tables of determined prejudgment and postjudgment interest rates on the Ministry website, show the publication date on each table, and keep any removed table readily available to the public.
