LEVIES OR CHARGES - EGGS (OVER QUOTA)

The commodity board may collect levies or charges for Ontario egg marketing, but only on over-quota eggs or eggs with no quota. Anyone who receives eggs must deduct payable levies from the egg payment and send them to the commodity board within 10 days after a written request.
