This provision lists Ontario clinics, their locations, and their access zones for information purposes.
Information relating to clinics 1. For information purposes, (a) the names and locations of the clinics in Ontario are set out in Table 1; (b) the access zone established under section 6 of the Act for each clinic is the property on which the clinic is located and the area around the property, as described in Table 1, subject to subsection 6 (5) of the Act; and (c) for each property referred to in clause (b) on which a clinic is located, Table 1 sets out the Property Identification Number for the property and the Land Registry Office number for the Land Titles Division or Registry Division in which the property is located. 2.
