SECTION 28 EXEMPTIONS - CLINICAL TOOLS AGREEMENTS
Certain clinical tools agreements made by a ministry or public entity are exempt from subsection 28(1) if they are entered into within seven years of this Regulation coming into force and do not require indemnity for another person’s negligence or wilful misconduct.
