D-4 1. Exemptions Section 3 of the Day of Rest Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. D-4 does not apply in respect of the operation or conduct of the following activities: (a) the holding of “open houses” for the purpose of showing real estate to potential purchasers; (b) the holding of “craft fairs” by the Prince Edward Island Crafts Council for the purpose of showing and offering for sale to the public hand-made craft and gift items.
