J-2, Council made the following regulations: 1. Act, defined In these regulations, “Act” means the Judgment and Execution Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. J-2. (EC588/09) 2. Fees The following fees are prescribed: (1) For filing a minute or reminute of judgment, the fee is ......................................................$50.00. (2) For searching minutes of judgment, the following fees are payable: (a) $4.00 per person searched; (b) $3.00 per case listing. (3) For a daily judgment report, the fee is .................................................................................$25.00.
