Georgetown Shipyard Act

CHAPTER G-4 GEORGETOWN SHIPYARD ACT Act repealed by 1996,c.18,s.2 {eff.} March 31, 1996. The corporation Georgetown Shipyard Inc., incorporated under section 2 of the Georgetown Shipyard Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. G-4 is dissolved upon the following terms: (a) all contracts and agreements entered into by the corporation are assumed by Enterprise P.E.I. and may be enforced by and against Enterprise P.E.I. as if it had been a party thereto instead of the corporation; (b) the real and personal property of the corporation is transferred and becomes the real and personal property of Enterprise P.E.I.; (c) those assets and liabilities of the corporation are transferred to and become assets and liabilities of Enterprise P.E.I.; (d) all legal proceedings and rights of action by or against the corporation may be brought or continued by or against Enterprise P.E.I. 1061 1997 Update
