L-1, Council approved the following regulations made by the Labour Relations Board: 1. Application These regulations apply to the operation of the Prince Edward Island Labour Relations Board. (EC219/90) 2. Vice-chairman A Vice-chairman shall, a the request of the Chairman (a) preside over meetings of the Board, (b) act as Chairman of a panel of the Board, (c) carry out such other duties as may be necessary in the conduct of the Board’s affairs. (EC219/90) 3. Deputy Chairman The Deputy Chairman shall assume the duties of the Chairman when the Chairman is ill, incapacitated or otherwise unable to act.
