H-6. 1. Superannuation agreements The Board of Governors of Holland College is hereby authorized to negotiate and enter into an agreement with the Government of Canada, the said agreement authorizing the reciprocal transfer of superannuation contributions and requisites of the employees of Holland College and the Government of Canada or any Crown Corporation of the Government of Canada.
