C-11.1, Lieutenant Governor in Council made the following regulations: 1. Definition In these regulations, “Act” means the Common Business Identifier Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. C-11.1. (EC134/19) 2. Designated Acts The following enactments are designated, pursuant to clause 16(a) of the Act, as designated enactments: (a) Business Corporations Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap.
