Provincial Flag Act

The flag’s dimensions are set by the Schedule. It may be flown by government buildings and other buildings, and by institutions, bodies, or persons, unless the Lieutenant Governor in Council provides otherwise. Flying or using the flag in a prohibited manner is an offence punishable by a fine.
