This regulation says a highway section is an urban district if signs show a 50 km/h maximum speed limit, and a business district if signs show a 60 km/h maximum speed limit.

H-5. 1. Urban districts That section of a highway wherein a maximum speed limit of fifty kilometers per hour is indicated by the erection or existence of a sign at each end of such section of the highway and facing the stream of traffic entering such section of the highway, is designated as an urban district.
