TIME UNIFORMITY ACT Subject to section 2, there shall be one uniform, official time in use throughout the province which shall be Atlantic Standard Time. 1995,c.41,s.1 2. Observance of Daylight Saving Time In each year, Daylight Saving Time, being one hour in advance of Atlantic Standard Time, shall be observed throughout the province between 2:00 a.m. on the 2nd Sunday in March and 2:00 a.m. on the first Sunday in November. 1995,c.41,s.2; 2006,c.41,s.1. 3.
