The following area of land is designated as a public fishing preserve: ALL THAT TRACT OF LAND situated on Lot 26 in Prince County, comprising fifty acres of water and seventy acres of land, a little more or less, along with water rights and rights-of-way, known locally as Scales Pond, a description of which is contained in a Deed of Conveyance from Maritime Electric Company, Limited, to her Majesty the Queen, registered on June 12, 1967, in the office of the Registrar of Deeds of Prince County as No. 714 in Liber 136 Folio 122 and to be known henceforth as public fishing preserve - Scales Pond.
