About this statute

This regulation prescribes the application forms and related declarations for land acquisition under the Act, and says applicants may have to give extra information and certify their application is complete and accurate. People with more than 750 acres, and corporations with more than 2,250 acres, must file an annual aggregate land holding declaration by December 31 with the Commission. Certain landholders must file annual land-holding declarations, and some lease permit holders must file yearly lease disclosures; false or misleading information can trigger an offence and a fine.
