1 LIBRARIES CO-OPERATION HONORARIA L-14.01 REG 1 The Libraries Co-operation Honoraria Regulations being Chapter L-14.01 Reg 1 (effective December 31, 1996). NOTE: This consolidation is not official. Amendments have been incorporated for convenience of reference and the original statutes and regulations should be consulted for all purposes of interpretation and application of the law. In order to preserve the integrity of the original statutes and regulations, errors that may have appeared are reproduced in this consolidation. 2 L-14.01 REG 1 LIBRARIES CO-OPERATION HONORARIA CHAPTER L-14.01 REG 1 The Libraries Co-operation Act Title 1 These regulations may be cited as The Libraries Co-operation Honoraria Regulations. Interpretation 2 In these regulations: (a) “Act” means The Libraries Co-operation Act; (b) “board” means the Multitype Library Board established pursuant to the Act. 13 Dec 96 cL-14.01 Reg 1 s2. Honoraria 3 For the purposes of section 10 of the Act, members of the board who are not members of the Public Service of Saskatchewan and who are not employed by a library or library system are entitled to honoraria for services rendered to the board at the rate or rates established by Treasury Board. 13 Dec 96 cL-14.01 Reg 1 s3. Coming into force 4(1) Subject to subsection (2), these regulations come into force on the day on which The Libraries Co-operation Act comes into force. (2) If these regulations are filed with the Registrar of Regulations after the day on which The Libraries Co-operation Act comes into force, these regulations come into force on the day on which they are filed with the Registrar of Regulations. 13 Dec 96 cL-14.01 Reg 1 s4.
