1 LEAFCUTTING BEEKEEPERS REGISTRATION L-9.001 REG 1 The Leafcutting Beekeepers Registration Regulations being Chapter L-9.001 Reg 1 (effective June 1, 1992). NOTE: This consolidation is not official. In order to preserve the integrity of the original statutes and regulations, errors that may have appeared are reproduced in this consolidation. 2 LEAFCUTTING BEEKEEPERS L-9.001 REG 1 REGISTRATION CHAPTER L-9.001 REG 1 The Leafcutting Beekeepers Registration Act Title 1 These regulations may be cited as The Leafcutting Beekeepers Registration Regulations. Interpretation 2 In these regulations, “Act” means The Leafcutting Beekeepers Registration Act. 24 Apr 92 cL-9.001 Reg 1 s2. Time periods for applications 3(1) Any application for a certificate of registration pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Act must be made not more than 30 days after the day on which any bees are, or beekeeping equipment is, acquired from within Saskatchewan. (2) Any application for a certificate of registration pursuant to subsection 3(3) of the Act must be made not more than 60 days after the first day on which: (a) subsection 3(3); and (b) clauses 11 (b) and (d); of the Act are in force. (3) Any application for a certificate of registration pursuant to section 4 of the Act must be made at least 30 days before the day on which any bees are, or beekeeping equipment is, brought into Saskatchewan. 24 Apr 92 cL-9.001 Reg 1 s3.
