Ministry established 2 The ministry of the Government of Saskatchewan called the Firearms Secretariat is established. 24 Sep 2021 c E-13.1 Reg 28 s2. Objects and purposes 3 The objects and purposes of the Firearms Secretariat are: (a) to provide the structure wherein and whereby the powers, responsibilities, duties and functions of the Minister Responsible for the Firearms Secretariat as provincial minister pursuant to the Firearms Act (Canada) may be carried out and exercised; and (b) to coordinate, develop, promote and implement policies and programs of the Government of Saskatchewan related to firearms. 24 Sep 2021 c E-13.1 Reg 28 s3. Coming into force 4(1) Subject to subsection (2), these regulations come into force on September 20, 2021.
