1 PRISONER ESCORT AND PRISONER SECURITY C-11.1 REG 2 The Prisoner Escort and Prisoner Security Regulations, 2003 being Chapter C-11.1 Reg 2 (effective March 19, 2003). In order to preserve the integrity of the original statutes and regulations, errors that may have appeared are reproduced in this consolidation. 2 PRISONER ESCORT C-11.1 REG 2 AND PRISONER SECURITY CHAPTER C-11.1 REG 2 The Cities Act Title 1 These regulations may be cited as The Prisoner Escort and Prisoner Security Regulations, 2003. Prisoner escort and prisoner security expenditures 2 For the purposes of subsections 345(4) and (5) of The Cities Act, for the fiscal year 2002-2003 the cost to the Government of Saskatchewan of providing prisoner escort services and prisoner security services in the previous fiscal year, 2001-2002, is: (a) $320,000 for the City of Regina; and (b) $320,000 for the City of Saskatoon. 28 Mar 2003 cC-11.1 Reg 2 s2.
