Agreements authorized 2 For the purposes of section 12 of The Department of Justice Act, the minister is authorized to enter into agreements for the purpose of implementing and facilitating a Community Service Order Program by which community service work that is ordered by a court to be performed as a term of a probation order may be carried out. 2 Dec 83 cD-18.2 Reg 1 s2.
